Collection: Pete + Lucy
Pete + Lucy was the brand that started this "soft clothing" journey. I was introduced to Pete + Lucy in 2019, around the time that my husband and I were deep in the trenches of learning what it means to be the parents of a child with profound autism. Clothing was a daily struggle. After we were gifted our first Pete + Lucy outfit, it's all our daughter wanted to wear. Two years later, my husband encouraged me to open Abbey London Boutique. Pete + Lucy was the first brand that we carried.
Pete + Lucy (and their sister brands Okie & Lou and Ooh La Llama) are based in Florida. They have what they call their "P-lush" fabric that is both soft and durable. They specialize in sibling sets, mommy & me, holiday attire, accessories (purses, headbands, doll dresses, scarves, and doggy bandannas). They release new collections weekly as well as a new preorder. Preorders take around six weeks to come in. Those are usually the bigger holiday items.
